Our Story

It Started With One House at the Ranch

We have always dreamed of creating amazing spaces and experiences for people. That is how Hideaway was born. Arielle is a speech language pathologist and Tom is a business owner. Arielle comes from California, Tom is from Texas, and we met in Austin and fell in love over travel, food, culture, and experiences. It started with building our dream house, the Hideaway House, at our ranch in Dripping Springs.

Next came Hideaway Holly in Downtown Austin's Holly neighborhood, two luxury modern homes in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Most recently we headed back to the ranch and finished two new luxury villas, Hollow and Nook, and named that collection Hideaway Hill Country. We have put so much love, thought, and work into these houses and cannot wait for you to enjoy them.
